The LEADER Approach to Conflict Resolution

with Chris Rogers

About This Class

Want to make a change in your workplace and grow together? Well, we want to help! This class is great for leaders looking to improve personal interaction within their teams.
Conflict in the workplace is natural and often considered unavoidable. How leaders address, manage, and mitigate the effects of interpersonal conflicts, however, can make the difference between a pleasant atmosphere and a hostile, toxic, workplace environment.
If you have occasional interpersonal conflict, tension, or underperformers on your team, then this class is for you! The LEADER approach provides you with an easily understandable, vividly memorable, and replicable model to employ when leading others through difficult situations.
Join me as we explore how employing the LEADER approach can improve your ability to positively influence others and lead your team with purpose and confidence through any challenge.

In this class you will:

  • Learn to employ an effective model for resolving conflict among and between teammates
  • Build confidence in your ability to take charge of a difficult situation
  • Learn how to identify and mitigate the impact of assumptions you make and biases you carry into a conflict situation
  • Discover effective tools and resources that help you better understand the people with whom you work and engage
  • Broaden your perspective and gain new insights on impactful leadership by engaging with other developing leaders

A spark is something quite small and, by itself, not very powerful. But a spark has the ability to ignite. An idea is like a spark; alone it is just a set of words, but it too can ignite. A great idea can inspire others to dream bigger. Let us all work together to ignite something greater than ourselves.

Let us all be a Spark of Optimism.
